Response Property Repairs are a company led from the front by Our Director Mr Davies, Mr Davies has been in the building industry from a trades perspective and also the academic side of the business. He has worked in both private and public sector housing , particularly the rental property market.
Response Property Repairs are based at Welsh Ice Innovation centre at Caerphilly Business Park; ideally located to service both sides of the M4, East across to Chepstow and West as Far as Carmarthen, it is fair to say most of our current business is within 30 minutes of our base in Caerphilly, but we are happy to travel further by appointment and negotiation. Most of our business is between Business to business or organisation, but we have many domestic clients that have continued to use our services over the years.
